PCP 005-601 Anti-Corrosive heat insulation Nano Coating

Has undergone comprehensive testing conducted by National GoldSun (Changzhou) Test Certification Technology Co., Ltd., a nationally recognized testing organization in China, and has been issued a test report accredited under the CNAS system and internationally recognized through the ILAC-MRA arrangement. The testing covers environmental safety and multiple performance indicators, including low VOC content (only 11 g/L) and no detectable levels of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, chromium, and mercury. The results further demonstrate a thermal insulation temperature difference of 28.1°C, a solar reflectance of 0.80, a near-infrared reflectance of 0.80, and a hemispherical emittance of 0.92. In addition, the coating exhibits excellent performance in adhesion, water resistance, alkali resistance, and salt water resistance, thoroughly verifying the product’s superior thermal insulation, protective, and weather-resistant properties. In addition to surface temperature tests to evaluate heat reflectivity, we also conducted thermal insulation performance tests. A temperature sensor was attached to the center of the back side of a cement fiber board, and a 275W tungsten lamp was used to simulate sunlight for continuous exposure over one hour. The back-side temperature was recorded in real-time using a display monitor. This test aims to verify the coating's thermal insulation capability—that is, its ability to block heat conduction—rather than merely reducing surface temperatures through reflectivity
